With a background in photography, music and action sports dating back to the 90’s, my transition into motion capture was a natural progression. starting with film photography back in high school, I captured images of the skateboarding subculture. This eventually led to shooting videos with a Hi8 camera and editing the footage with two VCR’s and a DJ mixer for music. As the age of digital imagery began, I found an even greater love for the technical aspects of capture, color and sound. from stills cameras to professional digital cinema cameras, the progression in technology has always been a creative journey. After years of shooting, editing and color grading travel videos, product ads and Tutorials as a side job, it eventually led to start of small audience media, named lovingly after my son, sam.

Through all my creative endeavors I’ve always had a fond appreciation for the humble beginnings of a Small Audience.
